Multi location Rental Property seeks Maintenance Person for PART/Full-Time position!
Selected candidate will;
Receive work priorities from supervisor; complete assigned tasks independently as well as team with other personnel as required.
Work independently.
Perform basic/intermediate preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
Install and maintain air filters, smoke detectors, and CO sensors.
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning plumbing.
Perform simple carpentry, such as installing shelves, hooks, closet rods, molding and the like.
Perform minor electrical tasks, fixture replacement, and the like.
Perform drywall repair, finishing, and painting.
Remove/Shovel and salt walkways to clear snow and ice.
Lawn and landscaping upkeep
Keep maintenance inventories stocked and well-organized; keep tools and equipment in good repair.
Be available for 24-hour on-call duty (emergencies only) as needed, and other overtime as required.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Communicate effectively with supervisor, tenants and co-workers.
Compensation directly related to experience and initiative
Must pass pre-employment screening.
