homePLUS is currently interviewing candidates qualified to fill a full-time position as a Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate.
Responsibilities Include:
Safely operate delivery vehicles in compliance with all traffic and safety regulations.
Load, transport, and unload furniture items to customers' homes in a timely and careful manner.
Provide excellent customer service during the delivery process, including setup and assembly of furniture as needed.
Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures.
Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming furniture shipments.
Prepare furniture items for delivery by assembling, wrapping, and packaging them securely.
Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure efficient inventory management.
Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2 Years relevant driving experience
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in delivery and/or warehouse operations is preferred.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy furniture items.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer and tablet skills.
