Aide for disabled young adult

Looking for experienced, kind, professional aide for our young adult daughter with disabilities. Pay starts at $20 and will go up to $23 after training period of approximately one month and background checks are passed. Approx 20-30 hours per week. Some early morning hours (7:45-8:45), hours during the week (2-7 on Weds and Fridays, 9-2 on Tuesdays and Thursdays) and on weekends. The expectation is that the aide will arrive on time, consistently work shifts taken, and only cancel in emergency situations. Our JC home is informal, and we have cats (in case of allergies). You would be taking our daughter out into the community as well as working on ADLs in our home. Must have a working car and clean license. You'd need some physical strength, and stamina, in order to take her for walks in parks, etc. May need occasional help taking her to out of town medical appointments.
