Customer Service

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Credit Clerk in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in Binghamton, New York. This role is primarily focused on customer service, with the goal of maintaining accurate customer credit records, processing customer credit applications, and resolving customer credit inquiries. Responsibilities: Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service both over the phone and via email Process and maintain accurate records of customer credit applications Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect overdue payments Educate customers about company products, services, and features Assist with processing orders, quotations, and complaints Maintain professionalism and patience at all times to ensure customer expectations are met Use Microsoft Excel to keep track of customer credit records Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries Participate in Departmental Meetings Perform other duties as assigned. Skills: Superior Customer Service Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to handle Inbound Telephone Calls. Requirements Demonstrated experience in a customer service role within the Real Estate & Property industry Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications Proven ability to handle inbound telephone calls professionally and efficiently Strong communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and provide superior customer service Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively High level of accuracy and attention to detail Capacity to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure Knowledge of real estate industry practices and regulations Willingness to continually update knowledge and skills in the real estate industry.
