Description We are in search of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in the non-profit sector, based in Bethpage, New York. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from scheduling and coordination to administrative support, in order to facilitate efficient recruitment processes. Responsibilities: Efficiently scheduling interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities for both candidates and hiring managers. Taking on the role of liaison for candidates throughout the hiring process, answering queries and ensuring a positive experience. Updating the applicant tracking system with candidate information, status changes, and notes regularly to maintain accurate records. Assisting with the preparation and distribution of interview agendas and materials for both candidates and interviewers. Aid in onboarding new hires in collaboration with the HR team, including coordination of pre-employment screenings and documentation. Assisting recruiters with sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and other platforms. Posting job openings on company websites, job boards, and social media channels to attract potential candidates. Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws in all recruitment activities. Keeping accurate and confidential records of recruitment activities and candidate documentation.Requirements Proven experience in the non-profit sector Demonstrable proficiency in using ADP for financial services Proficient in using ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Familiarity with Avature, Careerbuilder, and Cisco Webex Meetings software Experience with the 'About Time' time management system Expertise in using Applicant Track System Ability to conduct thorough background checks Knowledge of various benefit functions Excellent communication skills Proven experience in talent acquisition Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
