This manager MUST have technical knowledge of GPON and the ability to suggest different viewpoints on PMO construction buildouts. This Project Manager MUST be well versed within the Telecommunications space. This role is HYBRID so candidates must be local to the specified market above. Prior experience in Telecom/Construction/ design. Experience in Workfront/site-tracker a plus
Program creation experience, Microsoft excel experience required
3+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry with a strong understanding of the construction & design process, and implementation of projects, preferably across multiple business groups.
Ability to suggest and recommend improvements to existing processes and validation of all build, but with specifics in GPON projects.
Understanding of design specifications / symbiology for both HFC and GPON networks.
Ability to read and understand system maps for both HFC and GPON a plus. Ensures construction & Design compliance associated with build, plant activation and address release.
Proficient use of various workforce management software tools
High attention to detail with problem solving mindset
Ability to collaborate cross functionally and work independently on tasks to goal
New Build & Upgrade/Overbuild Addressing validation to ensure seamless release of builds.
Overbuild- Research of existing accounts/ addresses and validation to Netwin dataset upstream prior to release
Newbuild- Oversight & Validation downstream of Expected releases to actual releases for accuracy & timeliness to release
Decrease volume related to addresses inconsistencies and delays in address creation and release
Individual research of missing components
Collaboration & Final Check/ validation of project milestones on new market releases & GTM readiness
