Perform building maintenance tasks including trash pick-up, spot cleaning (carpet and/or other surfaces), ground-level window cleaning (interior/exterior), restroom maintenance, power washing of store fronts and drive-up areas, and distribution and recovery of critical equipment and components.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify cleaning service deficiencies and maintenance concerns such as lighting, plumbing, and electrical issues.
Ensure van maintenance by completing, submitting, and logging inspection forms, as well as managing van storage and removal.
Maintain inventory of janitorial supplies and complete Monthly Task Sheets.
Secure areas by opening and closing facilities, including the picnic area and branch front entrance.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, climb, kneel, and lift over 50lbs.
Must be able to travel and enter/exit a vehicle without assistance.
Possess a valid driver's license.
