What You’ll DoAs part of a dynamic cross-functional squad, you’ll use your skills and initiative to:Resolve customer, store, and cash management queries across all brands promptly and effectively.Investigate and correct payment discrepancies, ensuring swift resolutions within KPIs.Reconcile store banking exceptions, unmatched POS systems, and over/underpayments.Collaborate with stakeholders, including store managers, operations, and internal teams, to escalate and resolve issues.Manage invoicing tasks and assist with month-end reconciliations and reporting.Handle customer interactions across multiple platforms with professionalism and care.Support cross-functional teams with supplier payments and accounts receivable processes.Contribute to team initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement activities.
