Reporting to the Director of Culinary, this is your chance to bring your creativity and expertise to a vibrant and dynamic hotel environment. This is a Part Time permanent role.Assist the Pastry Team in developing and refining recipes, ensuring consistency by following standardised recipes and specifications.Create and bake a variety of high-quality baked goods that align with the Hotel’s standards and delight our guests.Ensure all food products are safely handled, stored, and prepared in accordance with hotel policies and government food safety regulations.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery, ensuring full compliance with food safety guidelines.
