Pharmacy Technician

Job Requisition: REQ3325 Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Rotating shifts Hours Per Week: 40-hour week Hiring Range : $18.39- $24.59 The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. Responsibilities: Refills and maintains automated dispensing systems. Prepares orders and maintains inventory for the pharmacy department. Repackages bulk medications. Receives and stores incoming supplies. Serves as liaison between pharmacy, patient and health professional by providing information as necessary.Education: High School diploma/GED Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred Must be able to speak, read, write and follow instructions in English.Complexity of Work: Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.Personal Protective Equipment: Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
