StevenParkerProperties, LLC has been working with banks, realtors and private investors to protect and preserve vacant properties for nearly ten years. We pride ourselves on taking excellent care of all our clients, being honest and paying attention to details. We don't cut corners; neither should you.
As our business continues to expand in other areas, we're looking for someone to collaborate with and send our overflow to. Successful candidates will be responsible for performing all aspects of protecting and preserving vacant homes such as: securing, lock changes, boarding, roof tarping, roof repairs, light plumbing, light electrical, construction, lawn maintenance, debris removal, winterizations, lock outs, drywall, evictions, tree removal/trimming and producing estimates. We're looking for someone in the Albany, Troy, Schenectady and surrounding area.
This is a sub-contractor position: you will need your own tools, transportation and insurance; you can choose which jobs to take; and, you can set your own hours. As a sub-contractor, your work will be unsupervised and without instructionthe only thing the client asks is that you show proof of your craftsmanship by taking date/time stamped "before, during and after" photographs of your work, and uploading them to the server along with your invoice (reimbursement is 30 days). Please, only accept jobs you have experience doing.
