On Call Property Manager for 2-unit Townhouse

Seeking a property manager for a two-unit row house in Albany. In addition to providing tenant 24/7/365 access to you, we seek someone with ability to undertake minor repairs and assist in managing larger repairs for this well-maintained property. Reimbursement for this very part-time position include an ongoing quarterly retainer ($500/annually paid on a quarterly basis) on top of an hourly wage ($35/hour) when working at or on behalf of the property.
