Job Description & Responsibilities:
We are a Property Management company with low-rise apartment buildings in the Saratoga
area. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who is responsible for maintenance and
repairs to the buildings and grounds, related fixed and portable equipment, and installation while
establishing a safe environment for the facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Replace broken tiles, garbage disposals, fixtures, appliances, draperies, and locks; perform
interior and exterior painting as needed.
● Respond to property emergencies, assist with snow removal and landscaping, and collaborate
with maintenance personnel on workdays and weekends.
● Report any criminal activity or inappropriate behavior on the premises to the Property
Manager and principals; use WhatsApp to document and share property issues with the team.
● Receive, prioritize, and schedule work orders with tenants, ensuring timely completion and
detailed reporting for each repair.
KNOWLEDGE:
● Intermediate knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing as required.
● Working knowledge of Building Codes and Regulations.
● Basic computer skills; Internet Search, Microsoft Office.
