I am a GC who is finally working on his own house. This is a new location for me so I am looking for people would be interested on bidding on this job. I need just about everything, including;
a. Foundation;
b. Framers;
c. Electrical;
d. Plumbers;
e. HVAC;
f. Roofers, (metal);
g. Window installers;
h. Trim guys;
I. Siding;
If you think you can do a bunch of these jobs great. Also, I am willing to give the little guy a chance too. As, you do not know me and I do not know you I like to pay as you go. Cash is an option. Let me know what you specialize in and I will send you a set of plans. Also, my neighbor is looking for the same thing.
