The Carpenter position is responsible for layout, construction, erection, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures comprised of wood, plywood, metal, plastics, ceramics, engineered construction materials and gypsum using carpenter's hand tools and power tools on commercial and residential construction projects. The position responsibilities include building, remodeling and demolition tasks for assigned projects. This role will report to the Project Superintendent and will exercise a broad range of diverse tasks and skill sets. The Carpenter will be directly responsible for production, quality, compliance and safety deliverables in accordance with the project drawings and specifications, in accordance with applicable codes and regulations. In conjunction with the Superintendent, the Carpenter will work to satisfy project deliverables and provide exceptional craftsmanship, quality and customer service.
Experience:
Carpentry: 5 years (Required)
License:
OSHA 30 (Preferred)
Work authorization:
United States (Required)
Required travel:
50% (Preferred)
