DIESEL MECHANIC (Albany)

For 30 years, Precision Concrete Pumping has grown into one of the largest and industry leading concrete placement companies on the East Coast. We are seeking diesel mechanics to join our fast-growing team. The mechanic is expected to perform general PM services and be a quality representative of the company. This position will include, but not limited to local daily yard checks, concrete pump PM services including setup and breakdown and equipment inspections. Hydraulic knowledge is a plus.
Applicants Must Have:
- Experience a plus but not required. Training can be provided for the right individual who is
willing to learn
- Valid State CDL B Driver's License.
- Availability to work Monday thru Saturday and some long hours.
- Able to lift, push or pull up to 100 Pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, climb up / down ladders.
- Must be able to pass Controlled Substance Tests prior to and at all times during employment.
- Aptitude and willingness to be a team player.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general mechanical duties on diesel trucks
- Be on time.
- Travel to different locations to work on equipment.
