Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project schematics and specifications.

Utilize construction management software such for project scheduling and tracking.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues or changes in scope.

Manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations.

Implement effective time management strategies to optimize project workflow and resource allocation.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and meeting minutes.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.

Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Prolog, ProCore, Primavera) is highly desirable.

Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and tools.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings.

Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
