Join Our Team as a Personal Trainer/Movement Specialist!

Are you passionate about fitness and dedicated to helping people enhance their physical health, prevent injuries, and reach their personal best? Fitness Artist is hiring for two exciting opportunities: one position based in our Clifton Park location and another involving travel to a confidential site within the Capital Region, NY. In both roles, you’ll make a lasting impact by promoting wellness, mobility, and physical readiness in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead dynamic group fitness classes with a focus on mobility, strength, and functional movement.

- Guide participants in injury prevention techniques, offering personalized support to meet individual fitness goals.

- Conduct fitness assessments and develop custom exercise programs tailored to participants’ needs.

- Educate and demonstrate proper form and techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness.

- Create an energetic, inclusive atmosphere that motivates participants at all fitness levels.

Qualifications:

Required: Certification in Personal Training, Exercise Science, Physical Therapy, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge in injury prevention, mobility, and functional movement exercises.

- Experience leading group fitness or specialized movement classes.

- Ability to inspire and engage participants with varying fitness experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred but Not Required:

- Experience working with law enforcement, military, or other tactical populations.

- Additional certifications in corrective exercise or injury prevention techniques.

Schedule:

This part-time role offers 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate class schedules.
