Nail Technician
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of nail care and aesthetics, providing exceptional services to clients while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail treatments and maintaining client satisfaction through excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Perform various nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Apply knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting appropriate nail colors and designs.
Maintain a high standard of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, adhering to health regulations.
Provide expert advice on nail care and recommend products for home maintenance.
Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments to enhance client experience.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized service.
Assist with retail sales by promoting beauty products and tools relevant to nail care.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail technology and techniques.
Skills
Proficient in nail care techniques and cosmetology practices.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience in hair styling, hair threading, barbering, and body waxing is a plus.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Familiarity with retail math for managing sales transactions effectively.

Pay: $23.44 - $28.23 per hour
