Jewelry Sales Professional
Independent high volume jeweler in the capital district is looking for an enthusiastic and high energy individual to join our team as a dedicated part time and full time sales associate. We are a luxury jeweler specializing in the most innovative designers in the market today. We also carry an extensive line of high-end watches and diamonds. Candidates must be motivated to achieve monthly sales goals and to develop and maintain customer relationships, and possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
€ Sales and Customer service: working on the sales floor and reaching out to clients via e-mail and phone calls for upcoming events.
€ Keep yourself up to date on all product knowledge.
€ Be responsible for taking in repairs, taking special orders, and following though those orders to completion.
€ Make sure the store, the jewelry, and the cases are clean and the store looks its best at all times.
€ Learn to operate our POS system as it relates to all client functions.
Qualifications include:
€ Goal driven and motivated
€ Previous sales or customer service experience
€ Previous jewelry experience a plus
€ Ability to work well with others as part of a team
€ Positive attitude and professional appearance
€ Outgoing and friendly
