THIS JOB IS FOR ALARM & SECURITY TECHNICIAN
Job Purpose:
Looking for Experience Individual to service and install intrusion security, access control, CCTV systems and related products.
Duties:
Identify security plans by conducting a security survey; determining access, locking, and exit requirements; identifying security measures, determine placement of security cameras, and alarm devices.
Installing card readers, electric strikes, magnetic locks, cameras, power supplies, door contacts, smoke detectors, control panels wiring, software and training.
Maintains tools and equipment by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Maintains secure environment by keeping lock and access information confidential; complying with legal regulations.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading security publications.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Skills/Qualifications:
Dealing with Complexity, Equipment Maintenance, Basic Safety, On-Call, Quality Focus, Travel, Attendance, Power Tools, HVAC Systems, and Electronics troubleshooting.
Salary will be based on Experience, a MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
