Customer Service/Admin Position

Small business near HVCC seeking an upbeat, part-time customer service-minded employee to start training ASAP.

20+/- hours/week

Flexible weekday hours SATURDAYS MANDATORY

Responsibilities:

Provide customers with information on storage units and U-Haul

Make collection calls and answer multi-line phone system in a professional manner

Open and close store; Prepare deposits and secure building and property

Lease storage units and reserve and rent U-Haul vehicles obtaining all required information

Wide variety of indoor and outdoor tasks

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Excellent customer service, computer and phone skills

Must be willing and able to perform a wide variety of indoor and outdoor tasks

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent verbal communication skills

Ability to bend, squat and occasionally lift 50+ lbs.

Hourly wage dependent on experience

Pass a background check
