Start at $17/hr. Work 1-1 with a person with a mild developmental disability. No physical work. Help the person to achieve a few goals to become more independent in life. Take your person out to fun places such as shopping, having lunch, seeing a movie, hiking, learning to cook or managing money. Some of our people live on their own or with families.
we pay hourly plus reimburse staff for up to $17 per outing such as covering the price of a movie ticket and snacks or your lunch, etc. We reimburse mileage from picking up your person to bringing them home. Pick you person with similar interests and location. Schedules are varied according to when you and your person are available.
