2nd shift 2:30-11
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Use hand tools and operate automated machinery.
· Read and interpret inspection drawings for visual defects.
· Sustain a clean and safe work environment while meeting expected production rates.
· Comply with all aspects of the Quality Management system and Quality Policy.
· Meet or exceed production quantities expected for each part.
· Fill out production paperwork correctly for each production job.
· Maintain records in accordance with procedures.
· Manage time for each product accordingly to ensure the project is completed on time.
· Show proper care and handling of molds and equipment to reduce downtime and broken parts.
· Demonstrate understanding of all equipment and assembly procedures for each work center.
· Acknowledge potential issues or inefficiencies and notify team leads as necessary to reduce scrap & improve processes.
· Show the ability to be a team player and maintain a positive attitude to achieve company goals.
· Use of lean manufacturing principles to improve processes within our Quality system
· Assist in other areas as required.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
· HS Diploma or equivalent
· Previous experience in a production-based or manufacturing role preferred
· Assembly experience is preferred
· Cleanroom experience is a plus
