Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a passion for working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing, designing, and implementing behavior intervention plans to improve the quality of life for our clients.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis techniques to implement effective interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.

Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Collect and analyze data on client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on data-driven insights.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive patient care and support.

Provide training and support to staff on behavior management strategies and best practices.

Stay current with developments in the field of ABA and participate in ongoing professional development.

Experience

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst is required.

Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is highly desirable.

Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with medical documentation practices is essential.

Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient confidentiality and record keeping.

Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
