Who Are We?
We are a small yet fast-growing e-commerce company with highly-rated shops on Etsy and Shopify. We specialize in personalized baby and kids clothing, shipping hundreds of orders across the US each day.
We are looking for a full-time Garment Production Assistant to print the ordered designs onto the garments.
Job Description
The Garment Production Assistant will work daily on printing designs for individual orders onto the clothing. This will be done while standing at a “station” with professional printers and heat presses. All equipment training will be provided.
You will be responsible for keeping the printed orders organized, and ready-to-ship.
Output and production goals will be provided each day, with help from a Production Manager to get you up to speed.
You will work closely with the Production Manager to solve problems with orders, help maintain the physical printers, and to sustain a fast-paced and organized workplace.
Hours & Availability
Our current production team works from 8-4pm, but we are very flexible with the schedule for the right candidate.
This is a full-time position, at 40 hrs/week
Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay is $20 per hour. After 90 days you’ll have a formal review with management

Ideal Candidate will be
Expert problem-solver with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Ability to balance attention to detail with expeditious execution in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable operating equipment including (but not limited to) garment printers, computers, and heat presses.
Reliable, timely, and communicative
Willing to learn and comfortable asking questions when necessary
Able to be on your feet and moving all day, will need to be able to lift up to 20 lbs
Friendly and fun to work with!
Work Environment
This is an in-person role in our Ballston Spa office
Very relaxed office/warehouse setting - dress code casual (closed toed shoes required while on the floor)
You will be working independently most of the time - headphones are ok, listen to music while working if it doesn’t interfere with production!
