Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all carpentry activities on-site
- Interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately
- Ensure quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in all projects
- Train and mentor junior carpenters
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to meet project deadlines
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in carpentry, with a proven track record of success
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction plans
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
