The Bassani Group LLC is currently seeking self-motivated Independent Contractors to join our
Property Preservation Vendor Network.
This is an hourly position
Job Responsibilities Include:
Performing prompt and quality interior and exterior Property Inspections.
Updating and processing orders via mobile application and web platform.
Effectively communicating with your Lead Supervisor on all properties.
Requirements for the position:
· Must have valid ID
· Must have reliable Transportation
· Must provide own tools to complete jobs
· Must provide own means to get jobs completed.
· Must be willing to communicate and follow instructions
· Must be able to complete work orders in a timely manner
· Must be able to pass a background check
Primary Work consists of the following:
Changing Locks
Installing Lock Boxes
Grass Cuts
Shrub Trimming
Trash Outs
Debris Removal
Winterizations
Snow Removal
Fence Repair
Roof Repair
Window Boarding’s
Basic Handyman Work
