What You’ll Do:
-General property maintenance and repairs (interior & exterior) Exact assignments depend on skillset
-Basic handyman work (patching, painting, cleanup, etc.)
-Occasional emergency calls, turnovers, and light renovations
What We’re Looking For:
-Good written communication (text, phone, and app-based updates)
-Willing to document work with photos and notes (must upload after each job or shift)
-Reliable vehicle required
-Must have basic hand tools; we provide the rest
-Able to pass a background check (no fraud, theft, or violent crimes)
-Entry-level welcome – we value neat, careful work more than advanced skills
