We are a property management company that serves Troy, Albany, Watervliet, Rensselaer, Cohoes and the surrounding areas around 787.
We are looking for maintenance team members. We are hiring part time, full time, and subcontractors in all fields to accommodate our growing portfolio.
Ideal hours are:
-9am-5pm for employees
-As-needed for subcontractors
-After hours and weekend emergency work also available (pay is higher for emergency work)
Lots of room for growth and pay increase.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
-Can pass a background check (NO theft, NO fraud)
-Has a reliable vehicle
-Has basic tools
Maintenance team members typically start at $25/hour plus $20/day gas reimbursement. Subcontractor payment varies based on requested rate, type of work performed, and if sub carries insurance.
Pay increases and bonuses can be offered quickly based on skill set and performance.
