Compensation
Pay $32 per hour plus 2 weeks paid time off. Yes our part-time employees get vacation pay!

Established in 1993, TJB Sunshine provides maintenance / specialty cleaning service for national retail chain stores across NY state. All of our technicians are employees as we do not hire subcontractors. Our average employee has been with us for over 10 years. We have had continued growth and now services almost all of NYS. We provide a wide range of maintenance and cleaning services to retail stores only. We are looking for a local technician to provide service to our established customers in the Albany area.
Qualification requirements:
Work experience.
Minimum 3 years experience with one company
Valid NYS driver's license with no major. Infractions.
Education
Minimum requirement High school diploma, GED or greater
Background checks are required
Physically fitness ability to be on your feet for extended hours, bending, reaching , crawling etc
Employee will need a positive friendly attitude with ability to converse with all levels of retail management as well as our office staff.
