Job description:
We are looking to hire a Home Care Scheduling Coordinator
Scheduling coordinator is a full-time key member of our office.
MUST include resume and salary requirements in response to be considered for the position.
RESPONSIBILITIES : include but not limited to the following:
Serve as an office liaison and communicator.
Answer phone calls professionally and return calls in a timely fashion.
Timely cover cases relevant to patients needs.
Assist coordination team to ensure daily coverage of all cases.
Work closely with HR and Payroll Coordinators
Communicate with Aides daily to encourage compliance
MUST work as a team player with all staff members.
Adhere to and role model the behavior for all staff which reflects respect for all of Any-Time Home Care, Inc policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimal 2 years of home care experience required for this position preferred
Bilingual a plus
Excellent and professional phone manners
Candidate must be Reliable, respectful and conscientious
Good organizational skills, Problem Solver & strong attention to details
Proven ability to work independently and make decisions as well as within a team environment
Ability to empathize and balance objectivity with Aides
