Seeking a sous chef to join our team at The Exchange.
Hours: Tuesday-Saturday from 2-10pm (restaurant open Tuesday-Saturday 5-9pm)
Must be detail-orientated, friendly, communicative, respectful and passionate about providing exceptional food to our guests
Assist with training and supervision of other line cooks (only a 2-3 person line)
Prep stations for dinner service
Must be proficient at all kitchen stations
Opportunities to collaborate on specials/menu development
Knowledgeable on food allergies and cross contamination prevention
Maintain the kitchen/storage areas to meet health department specifications
Perform closing duties at the end of service
Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks as directed within allocated shift
