We are looking for a qualified Front of house manager who will be able to:
-Work with the existing team and hiring new employees, while continuing to develop & educate them.
-Oversee and ensure that all company standards and policies are maintained.
-Maintain proper flow of service through the management of all FOH employees.
-Make decisions that affect the guests, employees, and back of house to ensure smooth service.
-Observe the entire dining experience ensuring that every meal and every moment exceeds expectations.
-Upholding company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our employees and guests.
-Enforce and maintain all labor laws and practices.
-Train values and maintain the integrity of the culture.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-2 years management in restaurant/hospitality setting
-Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
-Flexible schedule (Nights and weekends a must)
-Knowledge of food and wine/beverage
-Strong computer skills
-POS back end system knowledge
-Fine Dining experience preferred
-Strong hosting, serving, bartending ability a plus
