Position: Food Expo/Runner
Compensation: $20/hr plus tips

Supervisor: This position reports to the GM
Job Summary: The purpose of this role is to effectively organize food orders with their corresponding tables, maintaining a good line of communication with the cooks and ensuring product quality before it reaches the table.
Major Functions:
Taking care of guests and understanding they are the reason we open our doors
Setting up an expo station so that your job can be done with optimum cleanliness and efficiency
Always being mindful of food, labor costs and waste
Adhering to kitchen protocols and kitchen structure
Other Functions:
Maintaining quality and consistency of food
Observing and reporting any and all back of the house issues and roadblocks
Required Skills:
General understanding of health dept rules, regulations and kitchen safety
Ability to keep cool under stress, be humble, flexible and maintain professional conduct
Ability to lift up to 30lbs and stand for duration of a shift
Qualifications:
Min 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
