Experienced Line Chef Required for Lively Bistro Restaurant in Roxbury in the Catskills. Burgers, steaks, fish, pizzas etc. High quality, fast pace. 5 nights per week, accommodation nearby is available and included in the package if required. You must be an accomplished grill chef able to hold down a busy grill on a busy night, this is not a trainable position, you must be competent and fast from day one.
