Position Overview:
The Beer Garden Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff management, banquet bookings, and maintaining a vibrant environment. This role is essential for delivering exceptional service and fostering a fun atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
Cultivate a positive team culture.
Operations Oversight:
Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Oversee inventory management and ordering.
Customer Experience:
Create a welcoming environment for guests.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain high service standards.
Banquet Booking:
Manage and coordinate banquet and event bookings.
Customize menus and services for clients.
Ensure seamless execution of events.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant or Bar Manager, preferably in an outdoor setting.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of craft beers and food management.
Proficient in inventory management and POS systems.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
