Responsibilities:
Experience with hand crafted cocktail programs, including production of syrups and garnish
Impeccable service standards and attention to detail
An appreciation and understanding of fine food, wine, and spirits
Ability to produce consistent cocktails in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor, polished appearance with the ability to exceed our guests' expectations
Sense of urgency, quick and savvy
Ability to move gracefully, and efficiently
Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Qualifications or Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Craft cocktail experience
Japanese Whiskey knowledge a plus
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Love working in a fast paced environment
Be outgoing and social with customers
