Employment Type:Full timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:SENIOR ADMINSTRATIVE ASSISTANT – FULL TIME – COMMUNITY HOSPICE (Albany Office)Narrative:The Community Hospice has a rewarding opportunity for a full time Senior administrative assistant to join our support team at our Albany Office located at 445 New Karner Road. This position works as part of a team supporting clinicians who admit patients to hospice services across 8 counties.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

data entry and use of computer software, and answering phones.

The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast changing environment, ability to work efficiently, easy to with, and strong time management skills.

Requirements:

High School diploma required; Associates degree preferred but not required.

Minimum of 3 years secretarial experience. Strong customer service, computer skills, ability to work as a part of a team, flexible and adaptable to change.

Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
