Maintaining a 7-bed scattered site supportive living program
Serving as point of contact for escalated client issues, resolving conflicts, and providing solutions
Maintaining all clinical treatment and documentation
Providing clients with education and resources regarding housing rights, tenancy issues, and rental assistance
Conducting intakes and assessments
Running group meetings in outpatient setting
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
CASAC/CASAC-T or other QHP required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Substance Use Disorder or related field.
Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
