SSO is committed to a diverse workforce, which is a reflection of our clients and the people they serve.ResponsibilitiesSummary: The Senior Healthcare Program Specialist will work for the Bureau of Data Insights (BDIR) within the Division of Data Services and Analytics serving as a Business Analyst within the Bureau.The Bureau is responsible for providing high quality, state of the art data services to the Office of Health Insurance Programs (OHIP) and its Department of Health (DOH) partner, that are collaborative, aligned with policy, and proactively inform strategy and decision making. Day to day responsibilities of the Bureau include meeting with OHIP Program areas on ad-hoc requests, dashboards, budget implementation support, fiscal analysis, and recurring reports.Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: Elicit requirements from subject matter experts in the context of projects, initiatives, and process improvements.Including the creation of Design Documentation Supporting agenda creation and agenda artifacts collaborating with others within the Bureau on those itemsCollaborating with data analysts, team leads and leadership on the following areas:Supporting documentation related to Bureau strategy,Onboarding documentationProcess and Procedures documentationAgenda creation and artifactsFormulizing agenda notes, decisions, and action itemsDevelops presentationSupporting updates to the Bureau’s SharePoint site
Education: Additional Requirements and/or certifications desired for position:Bachelors degree9 years experience in healthcare fieldCompensationCompensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $17.00 hr. - $20.00 hr.
