Many of the innovative programs and vital services that we offer are not available elsewhere. We are searching for a full-time Finance Associate - Accounts Receivable to join our dynamic team! This position is based out of our offices in Albany, NY.Responsibilities:
Working cohesively with a financial team
Completion of bookkeeping and recording functions related to assigned area in an accurate and timely manner, reports and/or projects as required and request by their Supervisor
Prepares weekly report of Cash Receipts/Responsible for projecting cash receipts on a weekly or monthly basis
Research and resolve billing denials/errors and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
Must be proficient in Excel and Word
Associates Degree in Accounting/Finance required, 4 years of relevant experience would be considered in lieu of an Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
At least 1 year of related experience, specifically in accounting and/or bookkeeping
Experience with journal entry is a must
Must be at least 18 years old to apply for this position
Pay range for this position is $22.36 - $23.92 and is commensurate with experience.
