Finance Associate Administration Albany, New York Salary: USD 22.36 - 23.92 HourlyApply Description The Center for Disability Services offers hope, innovation and achievement to the people we support. For 80 years, we have been one of upstate New York’s largest providers of programs and services for individuals who have disabilities. Many of the innovative programs and vital services that we offer are not available elsewhere. We are searching for a full-time Finance Associate - Accounts Receivable to join our dynamic team! This position is based out of our offices in Albany, NY.Responsibilities:

Working cohesively with a financial team

Completion of bookkeeping and recording functions related to assigned area in an accurate and timely manner, reports and/or projects as required and request by their Supervisor

Prepares weekly report of Cash Receipts/Responsible for projecting cash receipts on a weekly or monthly basis

Research and resolve billing denials/errors and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

Must be proficient in Excel and Word

Associates Degree in Accounting/Finance required, 4 years of relevant experience would be considered in lieu of an Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

At least 1 year of related experience, specifically in accounting and/or bookkeeping

Experience with journal entry is a must

Must be at least 18 years old to apply for this position

Pay range for this position is $22.36 - $23.92 and is commensurate with experience.
