Pearl Interactive Network is sourcing to hire a Claims Technician.The Claims Technician is responsible for processing reimbursement payments for the Ticket to Work Program. The Claims Technician will provide instructions about payments and distribution. The Claims Technician will provide information with professionalism, precision, and an appropriate sense of urgency. In addition, the Claims Technician will work closely with the Sr. Payment Specialist to ensure all deliverables are accomplished.Pearl offers a Competitive Compensation and Benefits package to include:

Operating Hours: 6 am - 8 pm EST, Monday - FridayTechnical Equipment, and Remote Office Requirements:

Job Duties:

Respond to reimbursement Payment Inquiries regarding the status of payments, clarification of policy, and assist in processing payments for beneficiaries.

Evaluate and Review all request reimbursement and cost to ensure compensation is made in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.

Coordinate any discrepancies or corrective action plans prior to making payments.

Collaborate in creating automated payments utilizing their iTOPSS system.

Adhere to Performance Requirements.

Provide updates ensuring compliance with timeline expectations.

Make the caller aware of other services and actions that may lead to greater success.

Keep pace with trends, changes, and competitor actions that might affect payments.

Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Preserve quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.

Job Requirements:

High School diploma, BS, or BA preferred

Passion to help others

Strong and effective communication skills

Outstanding writing and editing skills

Effectively present information and respond to questions

Excellent organization skills

Work well independently

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and meet aggressive deadlines
