- 10+ years of proven experience selling IT Professional Services / Digital Transformation solutions
- 5+ years of experience with Offshore/Nearshore IT Services Sales and Delivery
- Hunter, builder and flexible mindset.
- Financial Services, FinTech’s or Hi-Tech industries client list is nice to have
- Proven track record in new business acquisition, ability to generate leads and build pipeline. Consultative approach to selling, through disarming attitude, empathetic mindset and value-adding solutions
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in IT industry
- Experience selling Offshore or Nearshore Tailored Applications Development / Managed Services (Mobile, Cloud, AI/ML, Java/C, and more)
- Experience, flexibility and willingness to work on a startup environment. Ability to travel frequently
- End-end opportunity management: from lead generation, presentations, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, delivery oversight using remote teams in Europe and/or Latin America
- Identifying and developing key relationships with the target customers to grow sales revenue
- Owning the sales funnel across the entire cycle – from lead to close
- Conducting client presentations, proposals, and negotiations
- Growing a deep engagement with customers to understand their needs and build/ nurture long term relationships
- Building a strong position within the client's organization
- Strategic advancement of client relations i.e. ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and retention as well as identifying upselling opportunities
