For many Living Resources employees, their work becomes an experience where they find fulfillment and develop both personally and professionally.The Administrative Assistant of Residential is primarily responsible for support and assistance to the Assistant Directors and Program Directors.An administrative assistant's duties encompass a wide array of tasks, including answering phones, managing schedules and calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and providing general office support.

Answering phones and directing calls.

Responding to emails and other inquiries.

Drafting and prooing correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Maintaining professional communication with colleagues, individuals, and visitors.

Scheduling meetings.

Managing calendars and ensuring timely reminders.

Coordinating schedules for multiple individuals.

Preparing meeting agendas and materials.

Taking and distributing meeting minutes.

Following up on action items from meetings.

Greeting and assisting visitors.

Maintaining office supplies and equipment

Ordering and receiving office supplies.

Sorting and distributing mail and faxes.

Managing files, both physical and digital.

Entering data into databases and spreadsheets.

Maintaining accurate records and files.

Tracking, updating and maintaining office databases.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.

Must type at least 30 wpm,

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

3 years of administrative office experience.

Valid NYS Drivers’ License

Reliable Transportation

Salary Description$38-40k
