Full time dispatcher for local well established service company. We provide a comfortable, casual work environment.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls where you will schedule service calls and assist customers.
- Dispatch and communicate with technicians throughout the day
- Track Inventory
- Track and sell Service Plan Agreements
- General office work
Job Requirements include:
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work with others
- Work 8:30a - 5:00p at our office location
- Prior dispatch work is helpful
