Manager responsibilities
Overseeing business in the capital district and surrounding areas.
Manager is not responsible for the physical work.
Assisting with hiring and overseeing technicians
Working closely with our established customers
Doing walk throughs with both store managers and district managers to discuss scope of work to be done
Scheduling of work to be done both with customers and employees
Assisting in developing new accounts as well as additional services to current clients
Following up with store management after work is completed.
Communicating regularly with business owner and office staff
