Manages all daily accounting, and financial reporting activities for an annual operating budget of $11 million and a varying capital budget of $1-10 million. Educates all staff on finance and accounting procedures and coding; and explores ways the finance function can support more efficient operations. Collaborates with other departments to enhance and appropriately integrate finance, fundraising, HR, and IT functions and systems.
