On Client behalf, Responsible of managing customer order process from the time a purchase order is received, until the order is delivered. Key duties will include but not limited, ensuring accurate pricing, notifying customers of delays/shortages, working with managers and customers on return authorizations. Ensure proper communication between Client and BPO Vantiva providing any information or clarification needed.
Required skills include keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, proactivity, inclination for problem solving, business intelligence with excel, and a passion for efficiency and smart working.Main Responsibilities.▪ Process product orders according to stablished SLA and provide follow up end to end.
▪ Publication of Dispatch notifications for Distribution.
▪ Prepare and Submit contract pricing requests as required.
▪ Maintain retailers’ web pages updated.
▪ Daily communication with client and suppliers regarding order status, delays and/or product shortages.
▪ Takes required action in customer service requests and communicate to the various departments accordingly.
▪ Prepare and distribute POD, Error, Order Updates, Pricing reports.
▪ Management of customer shipping information (Maintenance and New Set up)
▪ Successfully engage with varying levels of management at SDS, sales support, retail partners, and industry as a whole
▪ Other duties and/or special projects as assigned
