Implementation Manager

We are looking for an Implementation Manager to directly manage the onboarding of all new clients onto BlueOptima and ensure continuous delivery of high quality data to recurring customers. Based in Guadalajara, the Implementation Manager will own the onboarding of small and medium enterprises to BlueOptima, working collaboratively with the Sales and Customer Success teams, while providing constant feedback to the Product and Engineering functions. Key Responsibilities Directly manage the onboarding of new clients onto BlueOptima, planning the overall timeline and setting expectationsSupport clients in installation and configuration of the BlueOptima platformEnsure consistency in delivery, reducing the onboarding time and enabling account stabilityManaging and improving customer experience during the onboarding phaseTrain and onboard system administrators to independently manage the systemSupport the rollout of new features from the engineering function
